Return Window

You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • All original tags and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item?
We’re happy to process an exchange, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at contact@musmusbio.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return or exchange
  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll cover all costs and send you a replacement at no charge.
